Seniors, male or female, interested in joining other seniors in a friendly, relaxed environment are invited to join the group on Mondays from 1.30 to 3.30 p.m. The group starts with some light exercises before participating in other fun activities. They play dominoes, bingo, scrabble, cards, and various board games. They also go on occasional trips, watch movies on site and invite speakers to talk on issues of interest. Facilitators are invited as volunteers to assist the group in arts and crafts making. Light snacks are served.
