Available free of charge to newcomers - landed immigrants and conventional refugees in need of developing their English language skills.
Each class is tailored with Canadian content to advance the coping skills of newcomers living in Canada. The training is practical and geared to meeting the settlement needs of newcomers.
L.I.N.C. training includes using computers for interactive learning in all the classes.
